Accordingly to the provisions of the Law on Freedom of Access to Information, Tax Administration has issued a Guide and an Index Register describing the procedure for accessing Tax Administration information.
To access information controlled by Tax Administration you should complete the Form – Request to Access Information, and submit it to Tax Administration in the manner prescribed under the Guide and the Index Register.
